Ubermensch Day #27: Masturbation Habit
Polyphasic sleep: Winter is fast approaching. I’m going to sleep through the winter with 8 to 10 hours sleep. I don’t give a ♥♥♥♥.
Exercise: Legs day, did squats, leg curls, leg press, leg extensions and made orgasm faces as per usual. LOL @ cocky high school kid walking with a swagger, except he looked like he was on the receiving end of butt sex . I give him an amused look.
Reading: Read 30 pages of “It’s not about the bike” by Neil Armstrong. (140/210 pages). He’s done fighting cancer, now he found his future wife and he became beta, he doesn’t know if he should race on the bike again. As I read the book, I thought life doesn’t owe you ♥♥♥♥. You were born into this world randomly, then you go back into the aybss randomly, whether it’s 5 years or 50 years from now. I wonder if Neil actually wrote the book or it’s a ghost writer, because the writing and vocabulary seems somewhat dense.
Learning foreign language: 20 minutes of learning Korean.

Daily Conclusion: “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.” ~Jim Ryun
Every New Year, people (usually SWPLs) make resolution to quit smoking! To lose weight! To stop beating the kids! and they fail, year after year. Until they end up being 40 years old, sad and miserable, because they fail to see the simple truth behind success.
Success is nothing more then daily, productive habits. That means going to the gym, fattie! I have been blogging about Project Ubermensch for 27 days straight (without missing a day). I have a personal journal that I have written every day for the past 3 years (without missing a day)
HOW? It comes from HABITS. The secret is building the habits slowly from the grounds up. Same thing for going to the gym – I have been going to the gym 4 times a week for the past 13 months.
This isn’t about me beating my chest. It’s about, small habits that adds up to something great overtime.
I also read on a forum about this guy who have a habit of, ahem, saving his semen in a jar … for the past couple years, he now has litres of his semen in a 2 litre container. NASTY! And … WTF WHY.
