Thanks for that slick, I am getting more and more snippets each day to understanding/feeling everything is inside me and that nothing is `out there`, its hard to explain,but I am taking ful 100% responsibility now for everything even the people I cannot stand to be around in my life, its hard but I know what to do about it all.
