I use CoreFTP LE, it's very simple and straightforward and 'drag and drop'.

Check with Moonfruit what they say about FTP - do they allow it or not?

Suggest you check out their support forum as I'm getting the 'vibe' from google results that it's not possible to FTP to moonfruit. I'm also not sure you can 'back up' your site so if you wanted to move off moonfruit you're a bit stuck. I may be wrong, but I seem to recall you having a topic about this a long while back.

Just found this on their site: how can i find FTP address to my website!? : Moonfruit

"Hi,
We do not provide ftp access. Our sites exist in a custom Flash environment that does not use a directory structure in the traditional sense. Essentially, the elements of your site are stored in database files on the backend of the server. When the software needs to serve your site, it calls the relevant data and displays them through the software. All information on the pages is stored this way - as such, there are no pages or directories as you would find on a traditional web server.Regards

If you want a custom site, I think you are going to have to go to an alternative host than moonfruit. I use Bluehost.com
