Ubermensch Day #18 : Relevation
Polyphasic sleep: I slept for 10 hours today. It seems my body NEEDS the sleep. I slept at 3:00 AM, woke up at 6:45 AM to the alarm, then passed out until 1:30 PM or so for 10 hours of sleep. I’m sure people suffering from insomnia don’t over exert themselves in the gym. I will, however, try sleeping for 7 hours for core sleep and gradually lessen the core sleep. I will try polyphasic sleep indefinitely.
Yesterday I had a dream of a Mexican kid with a shotgun in my backyard. He killed the mail man for the ps3 then buried him, as I watched him behind the curtain. Then he came close to the curtain, looking to spot for any witness. I hid beneath the window, but he saw me! He somehow pick locked open the door and tried to shot gun blast me. I grabbed the gun barrel but out of nowhere, he had a knife and slashed my throat. I woke up.
Today I had a dream of walking down the streets, and 2 koreans in their teens or early 20s spoke Korean to me. I can’t distinguish if one of them is male or female. Maybe its’ a she-male. Before meeting them, I was in a big resort where one of them is a serial killer, and somehow I managed to escape by climbing over the wall and running down the street.
I need to lucid dream more.
Exercise: Woke up sore. Marched to the gym, proceeded to do squats and leg exercises. I grunt and make war faces. Saw 3 college chicks in yoga pants in doggy position doing thigh leg raise, attention whoring as usual. I look at them, unbashed. YEAH, PUT DAT ASS IN THE AIR. I WANNA SEE THAT ASS. After hitting the gym, I was itching to go home to do some reading.
Reading: 30 pages of “Oriental Philosophy” (20 more pages to go) which is basically a compliation of Confucius and Buddhism by some old man with a Ph.D. He also talks about controling ki energyj.
I tried reading in the bed, but my focus was off. The most amazing place to read is having a hot bath while reading with bright lights. Also as good as sex. Holy ♥♥♥♥, 100 percent concentration on the book. I’m going to exclusively read while taking a bath only.
Learning foreign language: Time to learn the korean alphabet, called Hangul. Unlike Japanese, it has 14 consonants, 14 vowels. Thank god. You probably notice I only learn 5 things per day – no more, no less. That’s good, a steady fast attitude is better then cramming. Apparently, scientist found that spaced out learning is better for memory retention.

Word of the day: plebiscite (noun) – pelb bah site: The vote by which the people of a political unit determine autonomy or affiliation with another country.
Business: Wrote 4 emails, which totals up to around 1200 words. I hit my first bench mark of 12 emails (4800 words total). I gradualy write 156 emails and built my website into an authority website with 100 pages of content. Then link building. This project will take around 3-4 months to complete.
Once it’s done, I expect it to generate passive income for years (at least 5). A nice 5 figure yearly income from this site would be nice. But we’ll see, once I’m done this project I’m moving on to the next (publishing books on Amazon)
Email Marketing Follow ups: 12/156 emails
I was once blind but now I see.
The world, and your life, don’t owe you ♥♥♥♥. (Those kids with their macbooks and limp wrists and tents occupying Wall Street should read my blog)
I think a good analogy is going to the gym and building muscles. Nobody is going to build the muscles for you. Lifting the iron is a test of will and patience. The patience to slowly – over the months and years – to lift heavier weight. The test of will to struggle and lift heavier weights.
Perhaps people aren’t biologically programmed for greatness. For example, if the average cave man lived to 30 years old, his mission in life was to ♥♥♥♥ some [edit: ladies], have a beer and go to sleep.
Maybe man haven’t been bioogically evolved to think long term. Maybe thats’ why things like “get rich quick” and diet pills are so popular. People want it NOW. Life is short if you lived until 30.
