Rondino in Eb for 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 horns and 2 bassoons.
TEXT OF AFFIRMATIONS:
(1) Center Channel (later moving to left channel, then right channel):
"I Breathe Deeply...I am relaxed...I am comfortable...I am at ease....Things are well...My mind is still...All is easy... I Breathe Deeply...I am relaxed...I am so comfortable, and I am at ease....Things are well...My mood is calm...I breathe deeply, and all is easy...
With aid of my unconscious mind, I read blazingly fast and have excellent retention of the material I read. I am comfortable raising the speed of my reading, and I am very quick at moving through the extraneous words, to focus on the key phrases of each page. If I want to, I can easily read over 100 pages an hour, regardless of the material, and maintain thorough recall and retention of what I read."

My eyes penetrate my reading materials like laser beams. I drink in the words on every page, as they fly directly from my eyes into my mind. I comfortably sweep my hand on each page, to pace me quickly and steadily through my reading material, and keep my focus trained. I am comfortable always moving on at a brisk pace, knowing that my mind absorbed what was read. My peripheral vision is excellent, and I use it well, picking up words, in a wider glance on the page."
