Ubermensch Day #8: Hotel Sex
I slept for 3 hours. Slept at 3: AM to 7:00 AM, then went to the gym.
I was wondering while I was laying in bed - is this even possible for the body to repair itself after 3 hours of sleep? But - what about the ultra marathon runner guy who ... runs 52 marathons in 52 days*. How does HE do it? Apparently, he slept for only 5 hours per day.
Then I hanged out with the girlfriend, we hanged out all day long and had sex. In the morning. In the evening. At night. Then morning.
At one point I was about to pass out, because I only slept for 4 hours and was up for 18 hours. Such a long day.
Did nothing but rigorous sex. It's like jogging.
