Hi Kahuna,

First of all I think congrats are in order because I did not feel it in your post, but damn good job on the weight loss and getting friends and a job and a car. Really, fantastic! because many others in your position would end up sorry old men, fat sitting in front of TV eating junk food until they die. So awesome job!

I do think however that your self-confidence or self-esteme is still not repaired. You clearly do not feel good about yourself and believe it or not this is a requirement for many things, both in love life and financial success.

So what I suggest you is what I did myself. Become a frequent visitor on bodybuilding.com forums and if you can afford sign up for a gym or if you can not afford create a home made gym corner in your place. You do not have to buy anything, you can always find heavy things to lift in the rubbish. So start building your body so you become more muscular and look better and feel better and your skin issues will also go away for free without any dangerous operation (unless you have done something very dangerous and drastic for weight loss).

This will take time, but within few months you should already start noticing good muscle growth and start feeling better on the outside. This will help you also to feel stronger on the inside.

Next, you just got the job, so you can not have lots of money - you just got it. Keep at it but guess what? You must keep looking for a better job while you already have a job! Keep hopping from job to only a better job over time.

Forget the girl who you described. She seems emotionally damaged from your explanation and you don't want such problems in your hands. Focus on fixing yourself, because the real truth is you need to truly be happy with yourself and end up loving yourself before anyone else can love you. I know in life it happens that a beauty may love a beast but this is super rare especially if the beast has no confidence.

So to finish off - fantastic job so far!! but you are far from done!! Keep smashing obstacles! you can do it! you already showed you can, just do not get lazy now!!!!
