Create an XML sitemap and submit that to Google and Yahoo. Both engines have webmaster areas where you can login and check the status on them paying your site a visit - should be approx. 1-2 weeks.
You can create the XML sitemap using a generator, just type XML sitemap into Google and you'll find a few free ones.
Links don't hurt either for boosting your PageRank, I would recommend buying a few targeted ones through Text Link Ads if you have the budget.
