Reading the book was like eating cotton candy, it tastes good but doesn't get you full. Steve's blog was actually informative and for me would be like eating a healthy meal and the book is the dessert. I read the book though as I am a big fan of Jack Canfield's and wanted to see what he is currently up to.

When I first read the book I thought "This book is written by rich white people with too much time on their hands." I felt that with all of the problems going on in the world, to gather ten million people to throw a new "birth-day" for the planet sounded ridiculous. It would take thousands of people and cost A LOT of money. On the other hand, I feel like if we have that many people in unison, the amount of energy being pumped out could cause a planetary shift, and if anyone could do it Jack Canfield could. We waste money on wars and killing each other, maybe it is time we shift our perspective and put our energy where it could be used for something better.
