I would have to agree with you on the above swede. I find it motivational to have goals planned out and very importantly as well to be able to tell the difference between the person you were yesterday and the person you are today. The ultimate motivator has to be having that BIG vision, something which scares and excites you at the same time.

A good tip i've been told by a psychologist in getting rid of habits or creating new ones is the change something you do, for instance put your watch on your right hand instead of your left, and every time you look at your watch remember the habit you are working on.

May i also recommend, if you are more interested in how you mind works, to read a book called 'Emotical Intelligence' by Daniel Goleman. I'm only starting to read it now but have already learnt so much!
