I did an experiment one time where I went on a water fast, and felt miserable, and then ate some green vegetables and instantly felt better than I had been feeling when I was on the water fast.
Therefore, shouldn't one feel better--or atleast less miserable/drained--while juicing than on a water fast? Atleast while juicing you are getting nutrients and some nourishment, whereas on a water fast you are only getting water.
I am not saying that water-fasting is bad--it is an excellent way to detoxify. I am just curious because it sounds as if you "crave" to be on a water fast than to be juicing.

Im wanting to water fast because I want my problems to be cured, and im feeling anxious to get my body back to normal.
juicing was to prep me for this, and I feel absolutely ready for it now.
