Could it be related with the particular belief that money is different from relationships and other stuff? And thus harder to attract or that "only masters" can do it?
We tend to see money as the mover of the solid reality, because it provides stability in housing, living and produce concrete results. So we see money as "more solid" or "harded to get" because of that and because we are taught to believe money is designed to be hard to get, after all why is less than 1% of world population a millionaire and 99% poor to average joe?
Your mind may try to rationalize "Well, everyone can get a girlfriend, friends or feel good. But money is different, money is concrete is hard to get."
Is different only in your mind, remember try to no question if manifestation "is real or not" becuase then it could affect your result, do not see having a mansion tomorrow as more difficult than getting a girl or a handsome man to date you.
If you can go to the shopping mall tomorrow and have a model become interested in you, why should getting what you want be more difficult? If the youtube owners could become billionaire in 24 hours (yes they did, seriously), why cant you?
