Why are you wanting to bring your weight up to 150? Are you a bodybuilder? I'm 5'9 and at this rate I wouldn't be surprised if I dropped below 120 on this fast....I won't let my body gain back more than 5 pounds without taking it off immediately. I think that if I didn't have a level head a broad knowledge of nutrition I would probably be a good candidate for an eating disorder. I have weird thoughts about food. For instance I can't look at someone eating....even on tv..I cannot hear someone eat or drink anything...I actually get tense. The lunch table in grade school was torture for me. If I see overweight people eating I actually get full if I'm eating. If I learn about a food that I didn't know was bad for you and believe it I will get completely repulsed by that item.....the list goes on trust me!
So do you eat cheese or as far as dairy goes you just avoid the actual milk drink?
