Try this if you care too try something else,
Put yourself in the right mood, don't fear yourself and genuinely ask yourself to sort this issue out for you.
It's important to be honest, no need to put up a show or act, just bring up the importance in emotion, and simply ask the question to yourself.
Do this during a few days, like 3 or 4 time's over a week.
It's important to be genuine, make sure you don't get disturbed, works well when you just lie down to go to sleep, focus and be honest in that which you ask.
I know it might sound like anything you might not fancy, still, what can I say!
