Hey Alex,
Im glad that you found that article useful... yeah, I had a couple friends that were not part of the whole 'get yourself better' movement, and they are just a couple of downers. So, I wish them well, but I think I will surround myself with people who have better attitudes!
I love this forum... I see that Im not alone in this way of thinking!
