I definitely have leadership problem or something. Just 7 years ago when I was in grade school, I was the huge "alpha" of the schoolyard. I hear I always displayed those characteristics. Something happened, probably combination of school, too much video games, and maybe lack of good role models.
I think that's partially the problem, but this happens even in the groups where I AM the leader.
