Interesting. I sometimes go to parties, they can be fun. (Haven't been to a birthday party for ages, but parties, yes). I wonder if there are so many poly couples in Barcelona as compared to where you live, though. Barcelona is the most cosmopolitan city in Spain, but Spain in general is still hopelessly traditional in many ways.
