Being all that we can be mentally is exactly the same as being all that we can be physically… the brain reacts almost like a muscle… if you don’t use it… you lose it…
The number of muscles in the human body varies from about 656 to 850, depending on which expert you consult… and each of those have to be worked regularly… The brain also has many facets… like memory, logical thinking, self-expression etc… and most of these facets (faculties) have to be worked regularly if we want them to stay sharp and at top peak…
Being positive, being at our peak all the time is one those specialized area of the brain that has to be taken care off regularly…
You may skip a meal… but don’t miss your daily inspirational or motivational moment… read a book on positive thinking… listen to a tape or CD on the subject… or better yet… write a page on the subject… and stay at your peak performance level…
Remember the saying that goes, "Tomorrow I’ll have the things that losers won’t… because today I will do the things that losers won’t…"
