Perry M is starting a 7 day water fast when i start my 30, you can join us if u like
. when you start eating again you may gain a pound or 2 but most will stay off, assuming you commit to taking care of yourself! it is very important not to go back to your bad habits. After 7 days if you feel you can go longer then do it. 30 days will be hard but will be worth it as long as done correctly. You have got to be in the right mind set though, water fasting is not easy!

I've had some really good habits for about a year now. I'm very particular about what I eat, making sure to balance most of everything. The only thing I should probably cut down on is meat simply because I want to. SO HOPEFULLY!!! I won't have trouble not gaining more weight back. I have no problems with gaining the weight BACK, I just don't want to put on extra.
