I've read Steve's blog for awhile now (and while I don't always agree completely, he usually makes me think) and sometimes the forums, and usually feel like I don't have much to constructively add to the conversations since I'm such a beginner at life, but this post just resonated so exactly with what I'd been thinking about recently... so thanks for the question as well.
