My fast is going pretty well I would say....I feel drained throughout the day but I still get quite a bit done. I slept better last night and I am using my inhaler machine soooooo much less....it really does work you just have to stick to it. I will end my fast at 30 days I think anyways. I just need to see how my asthma is doing and how I feel physically. How is your juicing going?
