Very useful article! I hadn't really thought of a future complaint causing the event that
triggered the complaint itself, but the complaint was ready to spread negativity regardless of weither (spell checker broken) or not something to cause complaining manifested. IMHO you didn't need to explain the complainer seed, I grasped that concept before I even got to the seed paragraph.
