thank you!
I really appreciate the encouragement from y'all. This is mentally tougher than it is physically. I will say that I have blocked out 30 days from my schedule to pretty much lounge as needed. I go thru my day pretty normal but I take the needed time to relax throughout. I really think this has been the smartest decision I made prior to giving this a real go.
One thing for future fasters.....whether you decide to do a 10, 20, or 30 day fast...all I have to say is that this is not easy or even probably manageable for most people (I'm not even a quarter of the way done) but it is such a short time frame to dedicate to the better of your health. Think about how many days of your life that you have spent complaining about your weight, or how many doctors visits you've made for your medical condition and how everyday of your life needs a maintenance medication of some sort....now give up 30 days of your life and give your body a chance to cleanse itself and see if you think it was worth it. How proud I will be of myself for completing this....hopefully asthma free. I will add that my usage of my inhaler has already gone down....hopefully that keeps going down to almost nothing if not completely nothing!!!
I will check back in tomorrow
