I think there is a big difference between accepting responsibility and self-blame. Although no depression is like another, I believe that most depressed do plenty of the latter but are afraid of the former.

All I wanted to express with my post is, that this fear shouldn't be mistaken for unwillingness.

I'm curious why I picked up this hint of sarcasm in your reply.
