I'll agree with what you say... I did download the books (7 total i think) and at over 500 pages each, ummm, yes way overcomplicated... needless to say I didn't partake in reading all that...
I truly only enjoyed the first parts of the video, when he talks about ego and in here out there stuff... and the 5 senses, the stuff that gets me thinking.
I'll figure it out as I go along and enjoy the process... It's all good!
