I've been cutting back on the dairy myself, specifically, cheese. Just threw out some queso fresco and broc and cheese processed crap tonight.
Before breaking up with the ex, we were eating MAD dairy products: Bruschetta smothered with cheese, burgers, enchiladas, the like. I can tell you I bloated, and most of it was probably water weight, I guess. But reducing it as much as I have, i've lost 17 lbs. (Gained 10 with him.) Also less snot.
I can tell you that organic doesn't seem to make a huge diff for me. Skim and low fat does; dairy fat does NOT agree with me. I've noted that when I eat, my nose is less runny, oddly.
Specifically, though, am going to work on eating less cheese. Getting my veggie sub tomorrow sans cheese and going to see how it is. I don't even think I can taste it enough to notice. Will update you in week on results.
