Glad that posting this has made you feel better... still, you must face the fact that a cluttered home is no big deal... and you have to make some decision regarding your wife... either, she's OK and you live with her and be happy about it... or she has to go... and you live with the consequences...
If you cannot go over these relatively small hurdles... your life will be a very long and painful affair...
You have a future, you have food and shelter... you have your health... there is nothing more than you can ask for...
I wish you the very best... and hope that you will take the right decisions... but you... and you alone can do that...
