1) the only thing you need to do is look for a feeling of what your desired result will feel like.
The feeling is what we really want. It's on top of the pyramid.

2) The mind may first come up with some resistance/feelings of doubt but this can be over passed easily. Just let your mind go all the way to the desired result.
Resistance is natural. Resistance is a good sign because if you find no resistance, it means you're doing nothing new. The body resists change. The brain has a hard time accepting a new idea. A new idea is like a virus. It fights it, it tries to keep the old because the old is already fixed and clear to it. The only way to change a new idea is to give up the old and persistent the new. This is easy to do when you're out of your head. It's very hard to do when you're inside your head because you're working with the old rules within the old rules. When you're out, you're working with the old rules still but without those old rules. You're outside of it all and the picture is clearer. You're not bound to the old rules. Habits will keep doing their thing for a while but if you practice a new habit for 21-30 days, the new replaces the old.

3) after the feeling process, the brain will try whatever it can to figure out how it will come to be, but this will slow or work against the process.
For some reason I don't know now. It's unclear to me at this point.

4) Forget about trying to figure out how it will happen and continue to visualise and feel out your desired result.
Definitely! you can't know how it will happen anyway if you didn't ever do it/have it. Visualization works on a lot of levels. It rewires and reprograms the brain. Some say it also builds new brain cells. It's proven that certain brain cells fire when you see, talk, think about a concept. If you think about a friend, certain brain cells fire. If you see a picture of him, mostly, the same brain cells fire. If you meet him, the same happens. For a new concept there are no brain cells that recognize or understand the concept. Visualization, done consistently and persistently builds/rearranges brain cells for that concept. Visualization, done correctly, activates new vibrations. It works on a lot of levels.

5)continue to train yourself into focusing on the feeling of the result and throw out the logic part. It like a muscle that needs to grow.
Depends if you're more of a logical person or a feeling type person.
The bottom line is that it's absolutely necessary to know what you want and to often imagine what it would be like. Why imagine? Not necessarily to get it, especially if you don't quite understand how that works. But you gotta know... how would your life be, what would you do, what would you say, what would be said to you, how would you feel, what would you lose, what would you gain, what would change if you got what you wanted. It should be natural to always ask yourself, be curious, how would your life be having, doing, being that thing you want. That will prepare you for receiving.

Is it normal? Resistance of the mind maybe?
May be. May also be that you feel like lying to yourself. When you can't get out of your head try working within the logic of the brain and within the rules that it currently has, slightly changing them. Find something you believe logically that it can help.
