It must be feel goods to be able to get out of head. I'm still having difficulties to get that feeling. The only thing I can do now is try to tune into feeling by focusing at my heart or solar plexus.
Then I ask myself: "What I want to feel right now?"
Usually I start with choosing "feel peace" first. Sometimes I get it, but most of the time I felt numb, feel nothing, blank...even if I recall beautiful memory or the dream that I want.
Is it normal? Resistance of the mind maybe?
