Default Surprising experiment about "You are God"

I've just read one of the most sold newspapers in Spain, "La Vanguardia". And there is an interview with Joe Dispenza, explaining how he thinks mind and matter are united. And you can alter the "objective world" (the physical), with your mind. And that the physical/matter world is only a metaphor of the mind.... (Wow, "The Secret", LoA, "It's all in the mind" the Beatles said...)

Most of what he says is common beliefs here... the interview said to me "But that is not scientific!". And Joe Dispenza told one experiment.

By the way, he said that all history we have altered the world with the mind... praying, but there's no need for Yahwe, Allah, etc. is only yourself...

Experiment. He choosed two person. One exercised one finger with one string with some weight. And he did kind of lifts... (you know, maybe I don't translate well). He gain 30 % of strength with that finger.

Other person did the same... but mentally!. lol... without any string or weight. And he gained 22 %.

It's one of the most explanatory things I've read about You Are God.
Dreams create reality I use to say, and it seems to be true. Dreaming about doing something with help a lot to do it. You can learn to sing only thinking of it really.

And... you can... achieve what you want... imagining it on your head... at least you will shape it closer to your desires or so...

It could be silly but I see it a lot more clear with the very simple example of the finger strength.

Kind of the Matrix. "There's no weight!, there's no string". It's only in the mind.

It would be funny to do an experiment with one person lifting weight but... not paying attention or so. Maybe he wouldn't gain strength at all. !. Well, they see if you're worried or so, exercise is quite useless.

I found interesting to share this. Though for some it's nothing new.

"Who on Earth you think you are? A superstar? Well, allright you are. Cause we all shine on, like the Moon and the stars and the Sun, on and on." Lennon, Instant Karma.

"Dream on, dream on, dream on, dream on, dream on till your dream come true" Aerosmith, Dream On

Paul McCartney advice to his graduate of his arts school (LIPA) in 2007.
"Have in mind what you want to achieve, work hard, and believe you're gonna achieve it."
