I tried to begin my routine, but went paintballing the next day and was VERY tired. Ended up sleeping 13 hours, and was a little annoyed at how much I slept. The problem I think might occur is fitting in the Nap, as I do have things going on into the early night.
Im beginning to wonder if I might not be able to make it work. As it is quite away from the Norm of most people.
We will wait and see,
Ill try to start when I know I won't be doing a lot.
