Well taking from all the marketing claims i've seen around NLP products and after using them, i can only suggest that you shouldnt expect as much as what's claimed by any NLP product. Maybe this guy has some good stuff, but if he claims he can do X, take it that he can probably do X/2 only.
I'm yet to see an NLP product that fullfills 100% of all the expectations that are thrown by their marketing.
