Day 27 I'm moving my nap time a little later as I have been having trouble getting to sleep when I go for my nap. I need to get a pre nap routine in place i think.
Betee2, give it a go, but I think you'll want to look at your core sleep times, i think you're an hour short.
when i was reading up on this, i found someones website who tried a core sleep of only 3 hours but found it wasn't quite enough. you might have to go 10-11:30 and then 1:30 to 6. I know i said i found 2 hours awake between nap and core wasn'tt worth it, but that was me. If you give it a go for a while, at least then you'll know. |
