Parts of those suggestions are pretty good, as in prioritizing the more important things in life, as all things take up your energy, but I have Celiac Disease, and so I am a very low energy (physically) type person. I have a lot of small intestine damage, so I don't digest the nutrients from food well, causing profound fatigue. Everything I do is from shere will power, and pacing myself, and proirtizing what I do, and also I take many, many vitamins, as well as B-vitamin injections (which helps A LOT). I have plenty of motivation, and lots of will power, I'm just a little short on nutrients.

I have been doing really well with this system, and have started insuring I get plenty of rest, which has improved things a lot more. I don't push myself anymore, to do things that I used to think, or others think I should do.
