Great job at realizing that your life is not where you want it to be, but your journey is just begining. Maybe I'm not understanding your situation, but it seems like you are only studying personal development instead of applying it. Remember what Bruce Lee said, "Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do." The end of man is action, not thought!
Get out there in the world and take some chances! Before trying to be a personal development guru and giving people advice, you must be able to follow every single advice! I view the knowing of the need for change as a gateway to a higher level of conciousness. But in order get to that level, you must take action and take chances and engage the situation. I usually don't throw that many quotes around, but here is one last food for thought from Enstein: "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it."
