You are 14 so you are still growing anyway with no need to "manifest" growth, unless you have reasons to believe you may not grow to be a reasonably tall adult. Are your parents of normal heights?

I am replying partly because I want to compliment you on you good writing, which isn't so common these days, among the young and often adults.
