I respect Lou Tice (
The Pacific Institute- Home Page) exactly because he does not have a rags a riches story or a riches to riches story. He was an ordinary high school football coach who slowly got into the PD field and now coaches professional athletes, kings and crack addicts with what I believe is the best PD material available.
