I just ran a check on vettechjess.com for Google and Yahoo, it is not listed in either one so it looks like you need to start from scratch.
You may want to work on a little optimization before you start, especially on your home page.
I would recommend using Sitemaps and Robots.txt to get it rolling and setup.
All of the major search engines have agreed to use the sitemap protocol to help us have one tool for Website Submissions.
