<description>[...] November 29, 2006Last Night&#8217;s Dream Last night I dreamed that I was alone. Woke up and Brian and I were on opposite sides of the bed, at first I didn’t know where I was or who he was.  Then I came back into myself and remembered.  It’s amazing how dreams can become so real that when you wake up the smoke from them lingers and taints your reality. For me this has always been a testament to the power of the unconscious to literally take over your conscious mind, just like the conscious mind in most normal days takes over the subconscious.  It’s also a testament to the incredible power of affirmations that you write  and say and deliver to your subconscious mind - in a way, goals, affirmations, prayer, meditation, intentions, and waking dreams are a way to consciously program the subconscious mind.
