Пожалуй, это зависит от количества новой информации, приобретённой за день. Интересный факт: в среднем работники физического труда высыпаются за 6-7 часов, в то время как интеллектуальные труженики нуждаются в 8-9 часах. Разумеется, необходимое время сна сугубо индивидуально. Год назад я фиксировал время ухода ко сну и время подъёма в течении чуть меньше месяца – оказалось, что в среднем уходило на сон 7 с половиной часов. Помню, что был несколько удивлён результатами – думал, что сплю больше. Оказалось, что в некоторые дни это бывало 9 часов, а когда-то всего 5. Знаете ли вы, сколько вы в среднем времени проводите в «спящем режиме»? Между прочим, живут нормальные люди, живут, отлично себя чувствуют и высыпаются за 5, 3 и даже за 2 часа.
