[...] If you’re still in need of more information, or you would like to try it out yourself I’d recomend you looking in Yahoo!’s uberman group. My schedule is going to be the classic one with the 20 minutes nap every 4 hours starting at 12 A.M. (12, 4, 8…) without any type of core sleep (it just has’nt worked for me yet). In the meantime I’m going to try to eat a mini meal every 4 hours in a mximum of 1 hour after the nap (to keep the levels of glucose in the blood at the same level). I’ll also try to do some excercise in the wake time and also try to increase it as the time goes on. As some fellow polynappers who you can find on the links section I will try to do some tests to see how I evolve mentally during the uberman schedule (mainly to see if it’s as beneficial for me as it’s for Steve Pavlina). I’ll post the base results soon, in exception of the typing WPM one as I still don’t know how to touch type. I’ll change the blog’s style when I get the oppportunity to learn a bit more on wordpress and its roundabouts (I’m from humanities branch, you see…) and make a little bit more appealing and personalized, just stay tuned. Well that’s that, Hope you stay tuned! [...]
