[...] Given the above constraints, my nap times will be 2:45, 6:45 and 10:45. These were mainly chosen to fit in with my wednesday schedule, which is very tight. I will have to push the 6:45pm nap forwards/backwards 15 mins on tues/wed/thurs to fit in with aikido and YAA, but reports say this is possible. I will also be attempting to push the 10:45am nap forwards to 11 so I can complete my 10:00 lectures. [...]

[...] All quite interesting, but then it turns out that Steve Pavlina then takes it further, trying Polyphasic sleep. This means he takes six 20-30 minute naps per day. He responded to reader feedback, in an amusing way. Boredom: Some people said they wouldn’t want to try polyphasic sleep because they’d be bored with all that extra time. I also saw this comment from a couple people who did try it. My opinion is that if you’re bored, it’s because you’re boring. You’ll fill up the extra time with more of who you are. [...]

[...] I guess from reading his response to reader feedback polyphasic sleep does can include a core sleep of 3-4 hours so effectively I did something like polyphasic sleep myself for a year or so as teenager when I napped in snatches 5 to 6 times a day and got a nap at night.
