As personal challanges go... Flexibility, Intent, and Clarity are key to success. The goal is only a singular manifestation of a desire; it is also yours to use and form. If reality honestly makes achieving the goal impossible;be creative and re-cast it. Personally, I need to be aware of frustration. It is a very weakening and destructive emotion. My only countermeasure is to interrupt the situation and break it down to the honest choice : one or the other. Excellent article.

Sometimes, when life throws roadblocks in our way, it's much easier to pout and throw a tantrum (nonproductive) than to look for other options. Now I just need to put some of this "integrity in the moment of choice" business into practice seeing as I just went through half a bag of chips after promising myself I'd cut back on junk food. :) Great post and a very eloquent way of telling people not to give up in the face of obstacles!
