		<description>I was once considering setting up a non profit. A lot of people hire a lawyer, but you can do it yourself. If you decide to do it yourself, it might take a little longer. The reason: if something is not to their satisfaction, they will bounce your application over to the Bureau of Extremely Slow-Working Federal Employees. These nice folks will tell you what else you might need, and you have 90 days to provide them with the additional information. This is where I ran out of steam.

Your best bet is to download to 501(c)(3) organization exemption requirements from the IRS website, and start from there.</description>
