I know this web site is absolutely on another planet with respect to the majority of your readers, but its one facet that frankly women mostly deal with--somehow making a home out of those structures we pay too much for while also "making a living" whatever that means. Please have some insulin ready--but even the almost cloying sweetness has its place here. The woman who runs this site understands that a lot of women struggle with their houses because of their perfectionism and that learning to admit it and do what you can is the first step.

Keeping a big universal plan is nice, but it is hard to write it in the first place and even harder to keep it up to day. Could you write sometime about the tools you use for personal planning and reflection? One tool you have mentioned is The Journal. Anything else? Do you keep all your plans and notes in electronic format? Or something goes does on paper? Oh, and thanks for the great articles!
