		<description>The one thing that modelling provides though, is that you don&#039;t have to make mistakes other people make. They also provide a huge evidence of big breakthroughs. Without the amazing success stories it&#039;s a lot easier to try and improve our income by 100%, knowing someone has done it before. 

As how important it is? I think it is in some cases, especially in the athletics area, where every athlete has no doubt a former star they look up to.</description>

In general, those types of diets do work, although Atkins is suboptimal.  Look up a book called _The Ketogenic Diet_ by Lyle McDonald.  A number of bodybuilders and athletes swear by it...

And do you really believe that modeling is that import, as opposed to merely quantifying and recording results of your actions, then (obviously) planning your future actions with previous results in mind?
